The location is great, with easy access to many of LA’s top museums and attractions, there are plenty of world-class places to eat, drink and shop nearby, and it’s very private. A traditional LA villa with Spanish style features and Old Hollywood charm in the living room, it’s been modernised to include a huge and well-equipped kitchen, big bedrooms and glamourous bathrooms. With three bedrooms in the main house, a pool house provides another two sleeping rooms. By day, swim in your pristine private pool, or lounge in the sunken hot tub, dripping dry on sun loungers on the lawn. In the evenings, choose between cooking indoors or out, thanks to the big grill.
