We fell in love with this fabulous home the moment we stepped over the threshold. Its interior footprint isn’t enormous, but it’s perfectly formed – with a wonderfully light and welcoming feel throughout. Tremendous attention to detail provides you with a space filled with beautiful furniture, sculptural plants, and fab artwork. We especially love the retro-style kitchen and exposed wooden beam ceilings, but it’s the stunning outdoor space that really clinched it for us here – it’s a really gorgeous spot to curl up with a book or relax with an evening drink. Hiking might not be the first thing that springs to mind when you think of LA, but your Hills home is perfectly located to make the most of the Santa Monica Mountains. The Hollywood Reservoir is around a mile away, the Griffith Observatory is a three-mile hike each way, while the Brush Canyon Trail leads you up to the iconic Hollywood sign in just under two hours. For a complete change of pace, Hollywood is under a ten-minute drive away, while you can reach Santa Monica’s iconic pier in approximately half an hour.
