Snuggle up on the leather sofa in front of the fireplace, or sit out on one of the terraces – you’ve got three to choose from (as the name suggests) and from here you can barbecue with views over the city and the San Gabriel mountains. Bedrooms are cosy and well-styled, with plenty of industrial and salvaged design details – plus the all-important comfy beds. Here you’ll be just a ten-minute drive from Hollywood, with Koreatown, Downtown LA and more within easy reach. And after a day exploring the nearby attractions, enjoy a long soak in the outdoor hot tub.

* There’s a self-contained studio on the lower ground floor that the owner may use from time to time, but you’ll have complete privacy
* The hot tub is cleaned regularly, but if there have been strong winds you may find debris blown under the cover
* There is a strict no party policy and the host asks that you keep noise to a minimum after 11pm
* There’s space for only two cars and it’s a little tight
*Dogs are allowed if the host gives prior approval (no cats please)
*It might be more comfortable for seven guests as one of the beds is a bit small for two people sharing
