It’s a great place for socialising, and is well-suited for groups of friends – it’s got a home cinema, a great sound system, two balconies to relax upon, and a decking area that’s perfect for soaking up the sun. It might be a 45 minute drive away from the beach, but the home is close to central LA, and its neighbourhood of Silver Lake has a young, artistic feel.
