*The pool and attached spa are not heated – only the stand-alone jacuzzi is heated 24/7
*One of the bedrooms has no window
*You will need a car for this remote area and there is parking – it’s also worth noting it is a steep drive up to the home
*There are stairs to the pool deck area, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
*The lead guest must be at least twenty-five years of age
*There are quiet hours between 10pm and 7am
*A travel cot can be provided
