Minutes from the gate of the grounds, this sprawling home is also within walking distance of the clubhouse and boasts views of the fifth green. But you don’t have to be a pro-golfer – or even a golf fan – to enjoy this home. We love how well kitted out the house is, with plenty of outdoor space and places to chill out, including an enticing saltwater pool that comes heated in the winter months, and a ping pong table for when a little friendly competition is in order. And inside, there’s even more to discover. There’s the pool table, surrounded by contemporary artwork by Cory Bennett, and a great room that’s perfect for hanging out with friends and family. A fireplace gives a cosy feel to the room – and will be much appreciated on cooler evenings – while a large sectional sofa and big screen TV make it perfect for movie nights or catching the game. Decorated in neutral tones with bright pops of rich, jewel-bright colours, we love the luxurious touches to this home, like the geode art on display and the fireplace in the master bedroom.
