Our favourite way to start the day? As the afternoon rolls around, you’re all set up for a game of giant Jenga under the cabana or a siesta sprint on the sun loungers – and when day turns to night, fire up the barbecue to char the shrimp for your tacos (or ask your host to arrange a chef-catered dinner for you instead).
