Ca Sanna is a stylish, beautifully designed four-bedroom villa with a private pool sleeping up to 8 guests in a quiet residential area just a 15-minute drive away from Javea. Enjoying stunning sea and mountainous views, you will find bars, restaurants and beaches only a leisurely stroll away. The sleek contemporary exterior and large windows of the property capture sunlight from every angle, whilst the airy, cool interior makes for a tranquil calm space.
The open-plan living and dining space is minimal and stylish, decorated with tasteful high-end furnishings with a backdrop of whites, neutrals and blonde woods. A chic sofa and comfy chairs complement interesting and tasteful accessories alongside a smart TV. The compact dining space, with extra bench seating, is perfect for lively dinner parties or relaxed drinks and nibbles. The contemporary kitchen space will make any chef happy as it offers all the mod cons, including an induction cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster.
The four airy and spacious bedrooms each have a double bed and private bathroom. Three bedrooms are conveniently on the ground floor, and the main bedroom suite is located upstairs, where you have access to a gorgeous furnished terrace with wonderful sea views. A great place to enjoy al-fresco dining and sundowners!
Ca Sanna has wonderful outside space. An elegant paved terrace with stunning mountainous views can be reached through sliding glass doors.The covered terrace area is fully furnished for dining under the stars, and cool white steps lead down to a comfortable modern seating area, perfect for aperitifs or relaxing with a good book.
The villa enjoys barbecue facilities and an exotic tropical garden with palm and banana trees and shady seating areas. Completing the picture is a gorgeous private pool framed by oversized loungers and a second lounging area with comfortable seating. This is a lovely space to kick back, relax and drink in the fabulous views.
The villa is very child friendly and offers cots and laundry facilities, including a washing machine. The property has individual air conditioning in each bedroom, portable fans, Wi-Fi, and parking spaces. Ca Sanna offers the best of everything, a beautiful property in a fabulous location in one of Spain’s sunniest spots. Ca Sanna is located in a tranquil position in the photogenic area of Javea. Here you can enjoy a slower pace of life away from the high rises and tourist hotspots. However, you are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and beaches.
Javea is historic and charming and retains a ‘Spanish’ feel. The pretty old town has cobbled narrow streets lined with houses and shops built with original Tosca sandstone and is dominated by the gothic 15th Century church of San Bartolome. Beside the church is a beautiful building where you can find an indoor daily market selling local fresh produce. The Old town is also home to a local market each Thursday, the perfect spot to pick up trinkets and presents for home.
The Port of Javea is a lively, bustling area. Whitewashed houses surround the bay, and there are plenty of good shops, bars and cafes to wander to. Locals and tourists alike enjoy excellent bay-side restaurants that serve fantastic seafood and give you a chance to sit back and people-watch.
The closest beach to the property is Playa Ambolo which has a stony beach with no facilities and is wild and uncrowded. It’s very popular with divers and snorkelers and is a designated nudist beach.
A 10-minute drive will take you to the enchanting Granadella Beach, a stunning, naturally formed cove with over 150 metres of pebbled beach next to crystal clear waters. Energetic kids can book kayak and paddle board experiences, and there is a hiking trail that leads up to ‘El Castell de la Granadella’, a historic coastal defence post. If you want to sit back and relax, there are lovely beach bars with beautiful views along this idyllic beach.
Playa del Arenal is the town’s main beach. A large and wide sandy blue flag beach in a sheltered bay where the waters are shallow and calm. Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, it’s wonderful to stroll along the promenade on balmy evenings. There are plenty of stalls selling arts and crafts, and if you are looking for lively nightlife, there are live music bars and clubs aplenty.
Just a short drive from the property, Cala Portitxol is a beautiful pebble beach with fabulous views of the Mediterranean and Isla del Portitxol, a small 300 meters high island. There are plenty of water sports here, along with hammocks and umbrellas to rent, and this is the perfect place to learn to dive.
Another great way to explore the area is to find the Miradors of Javea. These are 14 designated viewpoints showing the best views of Javea. The Miradors are clearly signposted and begin at Cap San Antonio, where there is a lighthouse. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for here with four courses near Javea, including the nearby Javea Golf Club and La Sella Golf.
