*There is a washer and dryer in the garage that’s shared with other tenants – there are quarters in the cat in the kitchen by the front door to pay for the machines
*The dumpster is in the alley through the back garage to your left – remember to bring your keys because the doors will lock behind you
*There’s a bus stop a three-minute walk away
