It has to be said that the area surrounding Temecula is one of the more picturesque parts of California and this home is a shining example of that fact. Sitting in the middle of twenty acres of luscious landscape, the newly renovated property uses a cleansing colour palette and an emphasis on natural materials to create a calming atmosphere. Although, that’s not to say it’s no fun. Inside, the kids’ bedrooms are full of character, while there’s also a pool table on which to while away the evenings. Outside the glass doors, guests will find a swimming pool and hot tub for those long summer afternoons, as well as a barbecue area and an alfresco dining area for when stomachs start to rumble. It’s incredibly easy to get out and explore the great outdoors here, too — Santa Margarita River Trail Preserve is just ten minutes away in the car, while there are a whole host of ranches, wineries and golf courses to get acquainted with nearby.
