A mid–century home that’s been freshly updated for a contemporary look and feel, this place is a statement–maker, to say the least. A curation of brightly–coloured pop art pieces decorate the walls and retro accessories contrast coolly with the modern, angular furnishings. We love the fusion of old and new in this place. From the vintage, banana–yellow TV to the retro arcade game in the living room, these nostalgic additions create a space that’s full of fun and character. The bedrooms are bold and inviting, and the master bathroom is a real head–turner. The back wall is covered in luscious green foliage (fake, by the way, so there’s no need to water it!), while the gold taps of the double sink add a touch of grandeur.
Keen to keep busy? This home is kitted out with fun things for all the family to enjoy. There’s the pool, table tennis, heaps of kids books and toys…you name it, it’s all here, so you’ll never be stuck for stuff to do. Palm Desert is a great area to explore, though, so if you do feel like popping out of your plush private pad for a little while, the El Paseo shopping district is just a short distance away, as is Coachella Valley and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens.
