Reached by a sandy dirt track, it feels as wild as the desert landscape that surrounds it. Relax in the cowboy-style tub during the day or explore the two acres of Joshua Tree forest or Joshua Tree National Park (a twenty-five-minute drive away), before setting up camp for the night. With little light pollution, the starry sky is clearer out here than ever – whether you’re gathered around the fire pit, sat under the fairy light-strewn canopy or ogling constellations through the telescope, it’s a sanctuary of peace, solitude and natural beauty.
