Brand spanking new beachy interiors, a sun-drenched living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two smart TVs… but you probably won’t be spending much time inside when you see the view. The swim and surf-friendly Mission Beach is right outside your window. There are boogie boards, beach chairs and toys in the home which you can borrow for free, or you can pop into one of the local rental shops to hire jet skis, paddleboards, wakeboards and kayaks. After a day in the dunes, you can soak off the surf in the oversized shower before heading out for a bite to eat on Mission Boulevard, just around the corner. If you fancy a change of scene (which we don’t expect you will), then other attractions like Belmont Park, SeaWorld San Diego and San Diego Zoo are all close by.
