Take some cuttings from the herb garden and knock up a fragrant dish in the gourmet kitchen, followed by a digestif on the patio. In the mornings, take the beach gear to the waterfront and get settled into a deckchair or ride the waves on a boogie board. Watch the sea lions from Ocean Beach Pier, a fifteen-minute walk away, and enjoy a refreshing drink in the nearby cafes. Later on, take the twenty-five-minute stroll to Sunset Cliffs to watch the sky glow in oranges and reds. Come home to board games in the lounge and a glass of wine on the deck – the perfect end to a perfect day.
