Fabulously located in the heart of Eixample, within easy walking distance of many of Barcelona’s key sights, with a beautiful living space full of lovely period details and a spacious master-bedroom with its own private terrace, this home is a delight. Bedrooms two and three are both extremely small, but we won’t hold this against an otherwise fab home.

* The home is located on quite a busy road so there might be some traffic noise audible from inside
*Bedrooms 2 and 3 are extremely small and one of them doesn’t have a proper window – these rooms would ideally be for children
* The bathrooms are modern and functional but let the side down a bit design-wise
* The electric blue panel on the kitchen wall is a bit inconsistent design-wise with the rest of the apartment
