Like its neighbouring sibling, Dogwood Crested is the epitome of an Eixample home. Its design recalls the aesthetic from the turn of the twentieth century, yet the recent renovations added touches of modern luxury where it is needed (especially in the kitchen and the bathrooms). If we must find a flaw, three of the bedrooms are slightly darker as they overlook an interior patio – but they’re still beautiful. The balcony looks out onto Passeig de Grácia and you’ll only be a minute’s walk from Casa Batlló.
