Villa Kala is a resort style complex composed of four pavilions, in the traditional Balinese style of separate but interlinked living spaces. The references to authentic Balinese design and architecture are evident throughout.

The beautiful bungalow style pavilions are centred around the pool in a court yard set-up, looking upon verdant and tropical foliage, palm trees and fragrant blossom. Villa Kala offers a truly secluded idyll away from the bustling streets of Canggu. Elegant bedrooms offer floor to ceiling glass and thus an abundance of natural day light. There are four large double bedrooms, offering romanic indoor-outdoor bathrooms in the Indonesian style of bathing whilst being in the midst of the natural elements!
The tropical gardens are large and magical; ideal for children to explore and frolic safely. Villa Kala is ideal for yoga retreats, large groups, parties or events, as well as for extended family and friends.
The interiors are spacious and airy, with beautifully crafted wooden furnishings as well as ornate, class and comfortable contemporary pieces.
The master bedroom offers an ensuite bathroom and dressing area, whilst three further bedrooms provide ensuite bathrooms and built in wardrobes.

At just a few steps from Petitenget beach lies one of Bali’s major temples.
The temple at Petitenget offers a tranquil oasis behind the glitzy five star appeal of Seminyak. Referred to by locals as “Pura Petitenget,” this centuries old temple is a must-see during the traditional dance rehearsals held regularly by locals in a grand nearby pavilion. The red brick and sandstone architecture add to its ancient appeal. The impressive dragon staircase leads to the temple’s vast courtyard, where a dozen shrines and small pavilions draped in traditional Balinese chequered cloths create a compelling sight. 
Petitenget forms one of the island’s Dang Kahyangan collections of sea temples that spiritually guard the island’s perimeters, initiated by the legendary Hindu priest Dang Hyang Nirartha on his historical mission from neighbouring island Java in the sixteenth century.
