This Palisades pad has it all – bright, modern interiors, stunning Pacific Ocean views, and a great location, too. It’s practically next door to the Getty Villa, and it’s just a ten-minute walk down to Ratner Beach and a short car ride to the iconic Santa Monica Pier – doesn’t get much better than that.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows show off the sweeping scenery and rolling tides, while the breezy living space is perfect for socialising. Throw open the doors and you’ll hear the waves crashing on the shore – it’s the perfect soundtrack to your stay, whether you’re lounging on the L-shaped sofa or tucking into a delicious meal around the dining table. The sleek, granite-topped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a delicious feast and the stylish bedrooms are ultra-comfortable. That said, our favourite spot to relax has to be the balcony. Savour your morning cup of coffee with a side of fresh sea air, then, in the evenings, pull up a chair, pour yourself a glass of wine, and enjoy a front-row seat to some truly incredible sunsets on the water. If you ask us, this is California living at its finest.

*Like many coastal properties, this home doesn’t have air conditioning, but there is a nice ocean breeze and the host provides fans
