The famous La Quinta Cove trail to Bear Creek passes right in front of the house and is a great way to take in some local scenery. Shops, restaurants and cafés in La Quinta Old Town are just a fifteen-minute drive away. And with all the fantastic amenities on hand, a meal or drinks out is actually best followed by a night in. Kids and adults alike will love the games room in the garage and family snug indoors – grab a game of mini-golf, start a pool tournament, or load up the Nerf guns. Budding chefs can test out the gourmet kitchen or gas grill on the terrace, and serve at the huge dining table. If taking it easy is more your style, there’s always the spa. Pour a glass of something nice (there’s a bar area in the dining room) and settle into the hot tub, watch the sun set over the mountains, breathe in, and relax.

*At full occupancy, five guests will be sleeping on fold-out sofas (without proper mattresses), two of which are in the living room
*Though the home could sleep 13, we would recommend a maximum of 10 as the outdoor space is a bit small for 13 and some beds are sofa beds
*The neighbouring house is quite close to the yard
* Covered parking is available for one car in the garage, two more cars can park in the driveway and three more on the street
* Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am in the neighbourhood
