Chalets in the medieval town of the Hahnenkamm, with fine dining, golf and a broad, scenic ski area
As featured in
Kitzbühel is a walled medieval town with painted houses, cobbled lanes and some of the best restaurants in Tyrol, and it has been a ski resort since the 1890s. Every January it hosts the Hahnenkamm races, whose downhill on the Streif is the most feared and celebrated in the World Cup. The rest of the winter it is a stylish, sociable base with a broad, scenic ski area.
Our Kitzbühel collection includes 13 chalets in and around the town, from traditional Tyrolean chalets to contemporary chalets with spas and views over the valley.
Here is a guide to Kitzbühel and its skiing.

The KitzSki area spreads across the Hahnenkamm, the Kitzbüheler Horn and towards Kirchberg, Jochberg and Pass Thurn, with more than 200 kilometres of pistes, long, scenic runs and good snowmaking. Confident skiers can ski the gentler sections of the Streif, and the Horn is a favourite for families.

The ski season usually runs from early December to April. Hahnenkamm week in January is thrilling and very busy, so book early if you want to be there. In summer, Kitzbühel is known for golf, walking and mountain biking. Our concierge can arrange transfers, ski hire, lessons and restaurant tables.
