Sea-view villas with private pools in Moraira, Jávea, Calpe and Altea, among coves, vineyards and pine-covered hills
As featured in
The northern Costa Blanca, between Dénia and Altea, is the prettiest stretch of Spain's eastern coast: rocky coves and sandy bays, pine-covered headlands, terraced vineyards and whitewashed villages, all watched over by the Montgó massif and the great rock of the Peñón de Ifach. It enjoys a famously mild climate, and the villas here are among the best value in Spain for their quality.
Our Costa Blanca collection runs to 330+ villas, most with private pools and many with sea views, from Moraira and Jávea to Benissa, Calpe and Altea.
Here is where to stay, when to go and what to do.

Moraira is a small, smart harbour town with a castle, a weekly market and good restaurants, surrounded by villas on pine-covered hills. Benissa's coastline, just south, is a string of quiet coves, and its old town inland has a fine Gothic-style church known as the Cathedral of the Marina Alta.

Jávea has a historic old town, a harbour and the sandy Arenal beach, framed by the headlands of Cap de Sant Antoni and Cap de la Nau and the Montgó massif. Dénia, to the north, has a castle, a lively port with ferries to the Balearics and a reputation for very good food.

Calpe is dominated by the Peñón de Ifach, a limestone rock rising more than 300 metres from the sea, now a natural park. Altea, a little further south, has one of the most beautiful old towns on the coast, climbing to a church with a blue-tiled dome.

The Costa Blanca's villas range from hillside houses with long sea views to homes a short walk from a cove, and we know which is which. With 330+ properties in the Costa Blanca, we can usually find the house that suits you rather than the one that happens to be free. Search by size, pool, location and price, or tell us what you have in mind and we will put together a shortlist.
You book with us directly, with no booking fees. Questions about access roads, pool heating or how far it really is to the nearest beach go to people who can find out the answer.
A private chef, boat trips along the coast, wine tastings, cycling guides, car hire and transfers from Alicante or Valencia. Our concierge team arranges all of it, leaving you free to decide which terrace to sit on.
Couples, families with small children, three generations together or a crowd of friends celebrating a birthday: we match the house to the group, down to the number of bathrooms and whether the pool is fenced.
Moraira, Jávea and Benissa are the most popular for villas, with sea views, coves and good restaurants. Calpe and Altea are slightly livelier, and Dénia has a busy port and excellent food.
Alicante airport is around an hour from Moraira, Jávea and Calpe. Valencia is a similar distance from Dénia and Jávea.
