IX Magazine presents some dark and moody mens fashion – tones of camel – shot on location in an East London warehouse, using analogue rather than a digital camera. Many thanks to the talented team who helped the day run smoothly. Look 1 – Sitting in the corner Cream Jumper-MTWTFCS Trousers – Albam Coat – ...
As a little girl, with an imagination larger than my wildly untamed hair (my hairbrush refusal was my mother’s morning battle), I often wondered what it would be like to skip right into a kaleidoscope. An imagined sugar-rush, spinning-tea-cup-ride surge of delight as every kind of colour and shape danced their flamboyant, unrehearsed, flamenco routine. ...
Michael is a very cool customer. At the tender age of just 24 he is training to become a commercial pilot, smoking around in this oh so cool 1979 Mercedes 450 SLC. This guy has his head screwed on. A classic 450 SLC Mercedes is certainly not the kind of car you would expect a ...
International eXcellence magazine was staying at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa and dining at The Latymer as part of the Rolls Royce Wraith British Luxury Tour. We were very much looking forward to dining at the Latymer as the chef is Michael Wignall, who has two Michelin stars, and The Latymer has 5 AA Rosettes, ...
Great milestones such as anniversaries deserve something a little special, such as a beautiful hotel experience, great English countryside, fine dining and lots of romance. For our 20th anniversary celebration we had chosen to spend the night at South Lodge, a grandiose and impressive country house near Horsham in Sussex. Just under an hour from ...
This is the entry-level Cayenne coupe which means that it has the all aluminium 3L V6 turbocharged engine with Variocam. It produces 335hp and 450Nm of torque, very nice. The brochure states a top speed of 150 mph and 0-62 takes 6 seconds, so it’s certainly not slow. Cayenne coupe starts at around £62,000 and ...
The Ferrari Portofino is a retractable hard top convertible with supermodel looks and performance to match, aimed at Ferrari first time buyers. The exterior is curvaceous, muscly and taut, the wall poster supercar. Particularly in the Ferrari Rosso paint which adds glossy depth to the sheen, like the veneer on a priceless antique. This triumph ...
Kia describes the Stinger as: a halo performance model. They say It is a GT car and not a hard edged sports car. I read a very cool quote from chief designer Gregory Guillaume (Gee-ome) which said: “the Stinger has nothing to do with being first to arrive. This car is all about the journey. ...
We’ve had the new Toyota Supra for a week of fun and misbehaving. Toyota has created quite a dramatic car in the new Supra in more ways than one. Our test car has been the GR Pro which means it’s the top model. It has the 3.0L straight-six engine which produces 335hp and 500Nm of ...

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio looks good in the photographs, but what struck me was how much better it looked in the flesh, or steel. It has a presence and style that most SUV’s fail to match and perfoms like a sports car. A genuine pleasure to drive and holds the road like no other ...
Koenigsegg has outperformed existing production car speed records during a practice session in the groundbreaking Koenigsegg One:1 Megacar, headlined by a 0-300-0 kmh time of just 17.95 seconds. Koenigsegg stunned the world in September 2011 when it set a Guinness World Record time of 21.19 seconds for the 0-300-0 kmh run in the Koenigsegg Agera ...
