Chalets beneath the north face of the Eiger, in one of the most dramatic valleys in the Alps
As featured in
Few views in the Alps match the one from Grindelwald, where the north face of the Eiger rises straight above the village. This is the heart of the Jungfrau Region in the Bernese Oberland, with skiing linked to Wengen, a railway that climbs to the highest station in Europe and an all-year life of walking, climbing and mountain trains.
Our Grindelwald collection includes 44 chalets, from traditional wooden chalets with balconies facing the Eiger to larger chalets for families and groups.
Here is a guide to Grindelwald and the Jungfrau Region.
