Perfect for large groups this spacious villa offers three floors each with their own living area and six double bedrooms throughout. The interiors are bright and modern, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible, offering room for you to spread out and relax.
Each floor of the villa is similar in its layout and style, with the ground floor opening out onto the pool terrace, the first floor onto a spacious balcony and the top floor onto a sheltered, romantic balcony. Each floor boasts an open-plan living space, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfy sofas and a social dining area. With doors leading out to a terrace or balcony, these living spaces are bright and airy, flooded with natural light and offering stunning views out across the sea. With access to the outdoors on every floor, there is a constant connection to the beautiful setting, with the views being absorbed into each room, like a stunning picture frame on the wall.
On each floor you will also find two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a mix of double beds and twin beds, there is space for everyone to relax and enjoy their own room. Imagine waking up each morning to the natural sunlight shining through your window, strolling outside and taking in the views, feeling the fresh sea breeze and tranquil sounds of the ocean.
Outside, Villa Ludis has the ultimate location, with sun loungers on each of the balconies where you can enjoy some privacy, whilst soaking in the sunshine. On the ground floor, the living space leads out to a spacious outdoor dining area, with a large table where you can dine together, sharing delicious home cooked food whilst chatting and laughing your way through the evening. A few steps down there is a large private pool, and a few steps further through an elegant gate you will find yourself on a sun deck reaching out to the sea! Villa Ludis is located right on the beachfront in Rogoznica, you can stroll down from the pool, to a sundeck that stretches right to the waters edge, where you can swim, snorkel and explore the blue azure of the Adriatic! The views are stunning, forming a panorama across the sea, making living and dining outdoors a magical experience. In this tranquil setting you can enjoy the peace and quiet, with the lively streets of Rogoznica so nearby.
The villa is located on a peninsula that was once an island called Kopara, known for its beautiful beaches and charming towns.
Rogoznica is on the Dalmatian Coast of Croatia, around 35km from Šibenik and 55km from Split. The sheltered bay is protected from the wind, creating a calm and peaceful place to enjoy the sunshine and beach life, eating lunch with your feet in the sand and dinner gazing out to see as the last of the days sun leaves the night sky.
If you want to visit a busier beach after swimming off the villa’s own platform, then there are plenty to visit nearby. In the area, most of the beaches are pebbly or rocky, like the family-friendly Milne Beach in the centre of the town. Sepurina is another nice beach to visit, with showers, changing rooms and toilets, so it’s particularly good for those with young families. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes dotted around the area, offering a mix of local and international cuisine, all with relaxed family atmospheres. Croatia’s relaxed dining style means all the restaurants tend to welcome families.
If you are looking for a livelier atmosphere, then Primošten is about a 10-minute drive up the coast, with bustling restaurants, lovely beaches and one of the area’s best-known nightclubs, Aurora. If you prefer a more adventurous holiday, then close by Rogoznica you will find several National Parks, including Plitvice, the Krka Waterfalls and the stunning Kornati islands. The nearby towns of Trogir and Split have also been names UNESCO world heritage sites, where you can wonder around palaces, churches and cathedrals, taking in the fascinating history of Croatia.
