The house itself is of modern design with all the modern appliances you could hope for from a holiday home, and the private gardens stretch down to the nearby lake, which is often used for wakeboarding, making this a superb house for a spot of entertainment! For large family get-together’s, reunions or simply special occasions, Lake Manor is the perfect choice, as houses accommodating 14 people in such luxury, are a rarity in this much feted area, so we highly recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. With the popular town of Bodmin a mere 15-minute drive away, and the popular seaside towns of Newquay, St Ives, Padstow and Rock all within half an hour’s drive away, this really is an excellent base for a wonderful holiday.
The main Lake Manor complex comprises of a modern leisure facility, including indoor heated pool, sauna and state of the art gymnasium.  The leisure facility also has its own dedicated fitness studio which offers a variety of classes, from Yoga to Trixter Spinning.  Within the complex there is a restaurant and outdoor terrace with views of the lakes.  Guests of Lake Manor can also enjoy a leisurely round of golf on the 9-hole golf course, a game of tennis or fishing on one of the lakes.
