Select the finest wine and olive oil from nearby vineyards and olive groves, pick up local produce from charming Farmer’s markets and gather on the al-fresco terrace by the verdant garden to dine with family and friends in wonderful surroundings.
Inside, the open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen is sure to impress with its space and contemporary style as well as sliding doors leading outside. Four inviting en suite bedrooms await, all leading out to the upper south-facing balcony for mesmerising views of the landscapes as far as the French Riviera coastline. The swimming pool is glorious or find a picturesque spot on a bench with your espresso and soak up the ambience of the lovely gardens with summer lavender, agapanthuses and roses.
Stroll to the local boulangerie, peruse the small weekly market on a Monday morning or grab a bite to eat in a nearby café around 1km away. Then choose whether you wish to spend time visiting the perfume studios of Grasse, hiking by the waterfalls of Saut du Loup or admiring the art of St Paul de Vence.

A perfect getaway in the Côte d’Azur hinterland, the beaches of the French Riviera around Antibes and Villeneuve-Loubet are only 20km by car.
The villa is set within its own gated grounds, south-facing with spectacular views towards the Mediterranean and part of a private domaine featuring around 10 new villas. You can stroll out to nearby shops and local restaurants around 1km away – look out for a café, bakery and a handful of other places to eat as well as a small market on a Monday morning whilst a supermarket is a very short drive away.
The market town of Grasse (6km) is a joy to spend time in. Its perfume heritage dates back to the 17th century and nowadays you can visit studios and museums to see how the different fragrances are made – brands such as Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard can be found here. The historic town itself is full of charm with beautiful houses, narrow lanes, arcades and fountains alongside café terraces and a bustling Farmer’s market.
Other idyllic places across the Côte d’Azur hinterland include Valbonne (8km) with its historic Friday morning market, one of the best in the region, and pretty hilltop villages such as Opio, Biot and flower-filled Mougins, renowned for its art and gastronomy. Further inland, Gourdon will take your breath away with its stunning high cliffs whilst picturesque Le Bar-sur-Loup has incredible valley views. This area is a paradise for hikers and don’t miss the spectacular waterfalls around Saut du Loup.
Driving towards Nice or Monaco, stop off for a coffee in beautiful surroundings in hilltop St Paul de Vence, book a ticket for the fantastic modern art museum, Fondation Maeght, or visit Matisse’s Chapelle du Rosaire, all around half an hour by car.
Within around 20km you can reach the shores of the Mediterranean – one of the nearest beaches being just beyond the gorgeous hilltop village of Villeneuve-Loubet where you will also find watersports and boat hire. North of Antibes are long shores and a range of family attractions whilst Juan-Les-Pins (23km) has some superb sandy beaches, watersports, boat trips and a number of chic beachside restaurants and bars.
Keen walkers will adore the stunning coastal trails around Cap d’Antibes – stop off for a swim in one of the bays or little coves. Then there’s Cannes (21km) with its famous beaches, boat trips, shops, markets, Palais des Festivals and overall glamorous ambience.
