Recently built, the villa has a contemporary feel, whilst the linear structure and minimalist aesthetic allow it to fit seamlessly inside the hillside. Exposed concrete walls make the rooms feel like they have been carved from the landscape, with large openings that lead out onto a series of expansive terraces from where guests can enjoy the spectacular views.
 
Bright and spacious, the rooms are well-designed, encouraging a seamless flow to the exterior. The main living areas can be found in the centre, with a large living room offering a comfortable place to sit, whilst an open kitchen-dining space enjoys wonderful views across the landscape. The kitchen is well-equipped, with sleek surfaces, an impressive island counter and quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals to enjoy together. There is also an outdoor kitchen and barbecue area, perfect for entertaining and sharing memorable evenings sitting out beneath the stars.
 
Wrapping around the front of the kitchen, the main terrace is perfect for long afternoons in the sun, and a series of loungers invite you to dry off after taking a refreshing swim in the pool. A sheltered lounge area is ideal for escaping the midday heat, or why not relax with some drinks at the end of the day and make the most of the warm summer nights?
 
The main bedroom is found on the opposite side of the ground floor, occupying a corner room with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame panoramic views of the sea. Head to the country club to participate in a tennis match or have a go at the popular game of padel before retiring to the clubhouse for a well-deserved drink on the terrace.
 
For those looking to spend the day beside the sea, Marbella’s golden beaches are just a short drive away. A quiet stretch of sand at Gualdalmansa is perfect for a relaxing swim, or head up the coast to San Pedro Playa to walk along the palm-lined boulevard and soak up the fun-loving summer atmosphere. A handful of sports centres offer a variety of water activities such as paddle boarding or jet skiing, whilst several chiringuitos can be found dotted along the sand, perfect for a midday snack or afternoon ice cream.
 
Sitting slightly further to the north, the glamorous Puerto Banus offers a fun day out. Wander around the waterfront to admire grand yachts and impressive sailboats, or stop for a drink at one of the chic waterfront bars and soak up the animated daily activity. Benhavis also has a number of reputable restaurants, perfect for trying classic regional cuisine and delicious local specialities. Sat within a beautiful square, Flor de Lis is a great option with a credible menu that combines Galician and Mediterranean flavours.
