Villa Utopia is a super luxurious and very spacious detached villa that was completely renovated in 2018. The villa covers over 403 m2 and is located on a private plot of 3000m2.
The villa itself is set high above the land, with long steps going down to the pool area. There are delightful dining areas, one just next to the kitchen overlooking the mountains and one at the back of the house, perfect for cool lunches with friends.
After a long day of jet skiing at the beach share a glass or two of wine on the Naya as the sun sets over the stunning mountains. The sound of the cicadas and the water lapping in the pool will soothe all your cares away.
The couple who built this villa thought of every conceivable luxury: a vast saltwater swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace. There is private parking that fits 8 cars and the house is wheelchair friendly.
Bedrooms
The house has two “sleeping wings”. The left wing has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and the right wing has 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.
All bedrooms are equipped with:

– Shutters on the windows
– Air conditioning & heating
– Large ans spacious wardrobes
There are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds.
Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The 3rd bathroom has a bathtub too. the bathrooms have air conditioning and heating.
Kitchen
The house has a spacious and luxurious kitchen with an island workspace.
The kitchen contains:
– Lots of storage space
– A large American fridge with drinking water and another fridge outside close to the dining table
– A Nespresso coffee machine with a milk frother
– A kettle
– A 5-burner stove
– A dishwasher
– Oven-grill
– And everything else you need to cook properly!
Outside
From the kitchen, you step onto the covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and BBQ. The terrace offers a beautiful view over the entire plot, the surrounding area and the sea!
When you go down the stairs you will see the pool and corresponding terrace. Here you can sunbathe, read a book, swim in the gigantic private pool or doze off on the four-poster bed…
Surroundings
Villa Utopia is located in the luxurious residential area “El Portet”. The village is a 15-minute walk away. The sea is at 600 m. from the house. It is a walkable distance, but bear in mind that the coast is mountainous.The beach of El Portet is 700 m. away and Moraira 900 m.
The villa is very close to many of the best beaches in the area.
L’ampolla Beach
This is the large sandy beach located in the centre of Moraira. The beach has a large (free) parking lot, beach surveillance, a beach pavilion with a large terrace for food and drinks, showers and toilets.
Les Platgetes Beach
This is the smaller sandy beach just outside the centre of Moraira. The beach is located next to the restaurant El Chamizo and offers a beautiful view.
El Portet Beach
El Portet is a sandy beach located in a sheltered bay. This beach has a phenomenal view and is child-friendly.
L’Andragó Beach
It is a rocky beach (water shoes recommended), located near the terrace of a cosy bar, between several restaurants.
And there a many more a short drive away that should all be explored. The area is stunning with beautiful mountain ranges and plenty of small Spanish towns inland to visit.
