Modern and stylish with beautiful views of the sea, Apartamento Adassa sits on the Costa Blanca midway between Alicante and Valencia. It is close to the centre of historic Jávea, a small town with a rugged landscape and enticingly beautiful beaches.
This two-level apartment enjoys a stunning location just 20m from the ocean. The three-storey block offers excellent shared facilities too – your balcony overlooks a garden with 12x5m swimming pool, a children’s pool and outdoor shower, while inside you also have use of a fitness room, sauna and whirlpool bath.
A pretty pebble beach lies within a few metres of the apartment, which is bright and fully air-conditioned. Colourful art lines the walls of the living and dining area with satellite TV, comfy sofas and direct access to the terrace.
In addition to a sleek kitchen and shower room, you have two bedrooms on the lower level – a double and twin. Upstairs, a large double bedroom has its own en suite shower and opens on to a balcony and two furnished terraces with views towards the sea.
The handy location of the apartment means the nearest restaurant is just a few steps away. It’s an easy walk to Jávea’s centre where you will spot plenty of architectural gems such as San Bartolemé church, and the covered market is the place to go for freshly caught fish and other local produce.
The promenade near Jávea’s glorious beaches offers the chance to dine at various bars and restaurants as you admire the Mediterranean coastline. If you visit in late July, you might catch the town’s annual fiesta, while a stroll around the town’s pretty marina is a pleasant experience whatever the time of year. On the scenic Mediterranean coast, the small town of Jávea is a friendly place which delights visitors to the Costa Blanca with its pretty marina and beautiful beaches. The sea is of great importance in Jávea, and many of its excellent restaurants make the most of their location by serving expertly prepared fish dishes featuring the best of the day’s catch.
As well as international cuisine, you can also try the local wine, such as Jalon – a fine accompaniment to some hearty Mediterranean desserts. The town has many attractive buildings including churches and monasteries – look out also for the ancient windmills which dot the landscape just outside the town. Jávea has an excellent array of shops to explore, and great sports facilities too. As well as many water-sports you can enjoy a round of golf at the town’s club, or several other locations nearby.
In the shadow of the towering Montgó mountain, Jávea is easily reached for those flying into either Valencia or Alicante, with both airports a little over 100km from the town.
