Villa Pasitea sits perfectly positioned overlooking the holiday hot spot of the luxury international resort of Positano, on the Amalfi coast of south Italy. This stunning Mediterranean Sea view, two storey villa has four well appointed bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate up to seven guests, ideal for a fabulous family holiday or a group of friends’ getaway. The villa boasts a five hundred square metre garden, populated with ancient olive, scented lemon, and seasonal fruit trees. The furnished sea view terrace is breath-takingly beautiful. Once the home of artists, the stylishly decorated interiors have retained a creative flair, furnished with original pieces, stone flagged floors, and shuttered windows. The property comes with all the mod cons, including complimentary air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.
Take the sixty steps down to the villa, and enter at ground floor level, where you will be welcomed by a light, bright, and breezy living space, with doors that open onto the sea view terrace. The sitting room has two comfy sofas, a set of fully stocked book shelves, facing a flat screen satellite television, and an original Majolica tiled fireplace for those cosy evenings in. The large wood cupboard and blue tiled kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cater for your holiday, including that must-have morning coffee maker. An adjacent laundry room is home to a handy washing machine. The indoor six seater dining set is just right for some informal entertaining, and an adjacent desk allows you to work whilst away. The first of the four bedrooms is on this level, with a double bed, an ensuite shower room, and access to the garden. Take the staircase to the upper floor, where there is a double ensuite bedroom with a bath tub, and panoramic sea view windows. There is a bedroom with twin beds, and a bedroom with a French bed, both with stunning vistas, and a shared bathroom with a shower.

Villa Pasitea is perfectly positioned on a promontory in the quiet area of Punta Reginella, overlooking the town of the luxury resort of Positano, on the Amalfi coast of southern Italy. The villa is only fifty kilometres from the nearest international airport of Naples. The beach, cafes and restaurants, stylish shopping streets, and a buzzing nightlife are but a short walk away.
Walk down to Spiaggia Grande, the main beach of Positano, and take a traditional gozzo boat to the enchanting islands of Capri and Ischia. Go to Fornillo beach for somewhere a little more secluded. Spend the day shopping and socialising in lemon-scented Sorrento and Amalfi. Visit the Classense Library Garden of Ravenna, created by an English man in memory of his wife. Hike the Path of the Gods, for breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast. Take the train to Naples and explore the city that invented pizza.
Get your culture fix with a tour of ancient Pompeii, Herculaneum, and the lesser known, Villa Poppea, famous for its frescoes. Take a jeep tour up the active volcano of Mount Vesuvius and see the crater from the top.
In the evening dine on the beach to the sound of the waves lapping, as you feast alfresco on local delicacies at international and Michelin starred restaurants.
