Property Description

As the name suggests, Casa Panorama has stunning views – looking right out across the sea, the villa is perfectly situated to make the most of its surroundings. Sleeping eight comfortably across four bedrooms, Vista Panorama has everything you will need for your relaxing holiday away. The ground floor is the largely open plan, with the living and dining areas defined. The sitting room has comfortable sofa, armchair and footstool – as well as wonderful panoramic views, an open fire, satellite TV, air conditioning and access to one of the terraces.

Through from here you’ll find the dining area – simply decorated with a table, chairs and a traditional dresser, there are double glass doors out on to the terrace. Here too is another seating area, just tucked away off the dining room and sitting room areas – a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, overlooking the sea while deciding what to do with your day.

The majority of the sleeping accommodation is up on the first floor. There is a master double bedroom with access to the first-floor terrace and some fabulous sea views, exposed wooden beams, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two further bedrooms – one twin, one double and a separate shower room.

Down on the lower ground floor, and reached by an external staircase, is a double bedroom with access to the terrace and its en-suite shower room.  Outside too is the villa’s private swimming pool and the main relaxing area, complete with sun loungers, parasols and breath-taking sea views.

Buy local ingredients from the nearby market and cook them here on the BBQ – with drinks on one of the upper terraces beforehand, and dinner overlooking the sea, there’s no better way to feel like you’re on holiday.

Though a resort town, Moraira takes great pride in its maintained connection to its roots as a quaint fishing village. Great care is taken to maintain a whimsical and tasteful feel to the otherwise well-equipped town that can provide easy access to all necessary commodities. The surrounding countryside is also breathtaking and highly accessible, with plenty of scenic walks and vineyards just waiting to be explored.
Nestled between mountains and the sea, the jewel of the ever popular Costa Blanca has charming waterfronts and beaches, and there is a huge range of local shops and markets along with supermarkets for more basic necessities, and a huge range of international cuisine if you fancy something different. Most exciting is the traditional daily morning fish market situated in the towns marina, where that morning’s catch attracts eager crowds of visitors and locals.
Activities for adults include art galleries, local shopping, jet ski hire, water skiing, deep sea fishing, diving tuition, tennis courts, a golf course and mountain bike hire. However, the town is also truly child friendly. Specially designed parks are situated throughout the town along with mini-golf and funfairs. The beaches are safe, well-kept and accessible from the main town. If you wish to travel further afield, it is also an easy drive to Gudalest, Benidorm, Calpe, Javea, Valencia, Alicante and Denia.
