Property Description

Just 300m from the Aloha Strip in Nueva Andalucia, Villa Gregoria has a fine location with golf courses, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Up to ten guests can enjoy this villa’s faultless style, with a wonderful pool terrace designed for easy outdoor living.

Everything is ready for you to enjoy Villa Gregoria, with a large outdoor seating area, children’s play area and a large barbecue within a few metres of the pool. The flat lawn areas are ideal for the children to play on too.

Modern Scandinavian style gives the villa interior a cool but classic look, with neutral shades and natural hints. You will love the living room with television and reading corner, and dining space with direct access to the terrace. This leads through to the impressive kitchen, equipped with a breakfast bar, a large American-style fridge and wine cooler, and many other appliances.
Villa Gregoria offers five double bedrooms, including two master bedrooms – one on each of the two floors. The very large master on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom with rain shower and bath, and direct access to the upstairs terrace. The master on the lower level is just off the living room and again has a stylish en-suite.

Of the remaining three bedrooms, there are two on the upper level with a shared bathroom, and another downstairs with private access from the garden. This is ideal if you’re after a little extra privacy, and this bedroom has its own en-suite too.

The villa is located on a secure, gated estate, with the attractions of the Aloha Strip just a couple of minutes away. You’ll find a sports centre and handy supermarket there, along with bars and restaurants. As Nueva Andalucia is golf central round here, you have numerous courses in the area, and if you would rather head for the coast, you have the bright lights of Marbella and neighbouring Puerto Banús a short drive away.
Nueva Andalucia is an area known as southern Spain’s ‘Golf Valley’, but it’s far more than courses and clubhouses. The area has its origins in the 1960s and has grown gradually since, now home to many villas and apartments, plenty of amenities and entertainment options. 

Many of these can be found in Puerto Banús. Just to the west of Marbella, this marina-centric area was conceived as a kind of playground for the rich and famous, and its restaurants, bars and designer boutiques are likely to have sport cars parked or luxury yachts moored outside. The spectacular location, with the La Concha mountain in the background and popular beaches, provide the natural beauty.

You will find plenty of places to enjoy a pizza, burger or breakfast, alongside many higher-end dining options.  If you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll certainly find it, but Puerto Banús also has something for younger visitors too, with a children’s play area on Antonio Banderas Square. In summer there are daily street markets on this square too, contrasting with the high-end fashion labels you will find lining the Port area. Even if you’re not buying, it’s fun to people-watch.
