Sleek, contemporary and ideal for multigenerational gatherings with an elevated position in the central Mallorca plain. Serenity and well being are the keynotes stuck here. In creating this impressive country house, every attention has been given to ensure the honey-coloured walls combined with individual chosen reclaimed materials decorating the country-style interiors.

The living area is steeped in light from floor-length doors and windows and in summer can be extended out to the amazing garden area. Comfortable sofas and chandeliers add to the relaxed interiors. With dining in mind, the summer fully equipped kitchen with island comes fully equipped and boasts a double fridge freezer. The thoughtfully designed kitchen boasts subtle coloured units combined with beechwood surfaces and original wood beams. With 5 bedrooms all with ensuite, 3 bedrooms are positioned to take advantage of the stunning views of the Mallorcan plain. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

The garden and pool area have a relaxing and calm feel and an extensive beautifully manicured garden with lawn, ponds and water features. Covered seating and dining terrace outside, and a large BBQ area are perfect for trying out the local cuisine. Sip freshly squeezed orange juice from the villas poolside lying on the extra comfortable sun loungers with parasols.

The town of Alaro is situated in a superb central location on the island with Palma, Santa maria and Pollensa just a 30-minute drive. The local village of Alaro is just 5 minutes away and has all amenities, including restaurants, supermarket, chemist and banks.
Alaro - The bustling town of Alaró is nestled in a peaceful valley on the southern slopes of the Tramuntana Mountains range in Mallorca. Despite being a minor tourist destination, Alaró has plenty to offer visitors. The ancient architecture and narrow cobbled streets combine to create a traditional charm that provides a stark contrast to some of the better-known coastal resorts.

The biggest attraction in Alaró is Castell d’Alaro. It is considered a must-see for anyone visiting the area. The castle is a challenging two-hour walk from the centre of the village. It is possible to drive part of the way up, parking at the well-known Lamb restaurant Es Verger. Once you reach the ruins of the castle, you are rewarded with breathtaking views. You can admire the Mallorcan countryside stretching all the way to the bay of Palma while enjoying a hard-earned drink from the bar.

Pollensa - just 45.8 km away - Pollensa is an enchanting Mallorcan town packed with ancient blonde stone architecture, Pollenca doesn’t feel like many of the other towns which have surrendered to tourism. Although tourists have long been attracted here, Pollensa has learned to accept and adapt to tourism without losing its soul. Wander the streets that lead to the church to discover traditional outlets selling a range of foods, arts and crafts as well as cafes, restaurants and bars.

The highlight of the week is the authentic and traditional market that occurs every Sunday morning. Get there early to secure the freshest fruit, vegetables, meat and fish. The Calvari steps provide the best view of the local area but are warned that to get to the top, you have to climb 365 of them. However, the climb is worth it, and the views definitely do not disappoint from the top.

Puerto Pollensa just 38.2km away, offers wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, make Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many. With hotels on the seafront that still retain an old-fashioned air, having been built long before the concrete boom of the 1960s developments. Today the town attracts mainly British and Madrileño families looking for something more than the hustle and bustle of the south coast resorts. With wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere, makes Puerto Pollensa a favourite destination for many.
